About this policy
Eagle Vision ("Eagle Vision", "we", "us") is an online platform for running secure live interviews and assessments. It is operated by One Creation, India. This page explains what personal data we handle, why, and what rights you have. It covers our website and the Eagle Vision application.
There are two kinds of people whose data we handle. Organisations and their team members ("customers") sign up, buy minutes and run interviews or assessments. Candidates are invited by a customer to take part. For candidate data, the customer decides why and how it is used, and Eagle Vision processes it on the customer's behalf. If you are a candidate, the organisation that invited you is the party to ask first about your data.
By using Eagle Vision you agree to this policy and the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
What we collect
- Account details: name, work email address, organisation name, role, and login credentials (passwords are stored in hashed form by our authentication provider).
- Candidate details: name, email address and any details the customer enters when scheduling an interview or assessment.
- Interview and assessment content: live audio and video, screen content during a session, code typed into the shared code pad and its output, answers to questions, and chat or notes made during the session.
- Proctoring signals: events such as leaving fullscreen or lockdown mode, switching tabs or windows, pasting text, camera or screen-share state, and the time each event happened.
- Payment records: pack purchased, amount, order and transaction identifiers, payment status and method type. Card, UPI and bank details are entered on our payment partners' secure pages (PayU and Cashfree) and are never stored by us. We keep only the order and transaction reference, the amount, the status and the payment method type.
- Usage and device data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and basic diagnostic logs.
- Messages: what you send to us, for example at support@eaglevision.cloud.
How we use information
- To provide the service: run interviews and assessments, record sessions, raise flags, produce reports and credit your minutes.
- To protect the integrity of hiring, including detecting and flagging attempts to use unauthorised assistance during a session.
- To send service emails such as invitations, assessment completion notices, candidate follow-ups, payment confirmations and security alerts.
- To process payments, prevent fraud and keep financial records as the law requires.
- To maintain, secure and improve the platform and to give you support.
- To meet legal duties and to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
We do not sell personal data. We do not use interview recordings to train advertising or AI models.
Recording and proctoring
Eagle Vision sessions can be recorded, including camera, microphone, shared screen and code output, and can run in a fullscreen lockdown mode that logs when a participant leaves it. Customers are responsible for telling candidates, before the session begins, that recording and monitoring will take place, why, and for how long it is kept, and for obtaining any consent required by the laws that apply to them. Candidates should read the invitation and the on-screen notices, and may decline to take part by not starting the session.
Flags and integrity indicators are signals to help a human reviewer. They are not a final finding of misconduct, and customers should not make a hiring decision on a flag alone.
Job applicants
Organisations can post jobs with Eagle Vision on jobs.eaglevision.cloud. When you apply, the organisation that posted the job decides how your application is used, and Eagle Vision processes it on their behalf.
- What we collect: your resume file, the details you confirm on the form (such as name, contact details, experience, notice period and expected salary), your answers to the job's questions, and where you found the job.
- Your resume is read on your own device. The details are picked out of your resume in your browser to fill in the form, and you can correct them before you apply. The file itself is stored securely with our storage provider.
- Scoring: the organisation's ATS compares your details with the requirements of the job and shows its hiring team a match score with the reasons for it. The score helps people review applications; it does not reject anyone automatically, and the hiring decision is made by the organisation's team.
- Who sees it: the hiring team of the organisation you applied to, and interviewers they assign to your interview. We do not share your application with other organisations.
- Emails: we send you a confirmation when you apply. Any other emails about your application are sent by the organisation.
- Your choices: to correct or delete your application, contact the organisation you applied to, or write to us at support@eaglevision.cloud and we will pass on or carry out your request.
Storage and transfers
Data is stored with the cloud providers named above, whose servers may be located in India or in other countries. Where data leaves your country we rely on contractual safeguards with those providers and on the transfer rules that apply to us.
How long we keep it
We keep data only as long as it is needed for the purposes above. Account and billing records are kept while your account is active and afterwards for the period required by tax and accounting law. Interview and assessment recordings and reports are kept for the period the customer chooses or, if none is chosen, for a limited period before deletion. Customers can delete sessions they own. After the retention period, data is deleted or anonymised, except where we must keep it for legal reasons or an open dispute.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and similar laws elsewhere, you may have the right to:
- know what personal data we hold about you and how it is used;
- correct inaccurate data and complete incomplete data;
- ask us to erase data that is no longer needed;
- withdraw consent where we rely on it, with effect going forward;
- name someone to exercise your rights if you are unable to; and
- raise a complaint with us and, if it is not resolved, with the relevant data protection authority.
Write to us at support@eaglevision.cloud. We may need to verify who you are, and for candidate data we may direct you to the customer who invited you. We aim to reply within 30 days.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including encrypted connections, role-based access, and access controls on stored recordings. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal data we will notify those affected and the authorities as the law requires. Please keep your login details confidential.
Children's data
Eagle Vision is meant for adults hiring or being assessed for work. It is not directed at children, and customers must not invite anyone under 18 unless the law where they operate allows it and they have any consent required. If you believe a child's data was provided to us, contact us and we will delete it.
