Refund and cancellation
Minutes are prepaid and credited the moment payment succeeds. Once minutes are credited, a correct purchase is final. The exceptions below always apply.
- Correct purchases are final. After a successful payment, minutes are not refundable whether used, partly used or unused, and for a change of plans or mind or closing your account. Minutes never expire, so you can use them on your own schedule. Please choose your pack carefully before you pay.
- Refunded in full: a duplicate charge for the same order; a payment that was debited but where the minutes were not credited and cannot be credited; and a transaction you did not authorise. Write to us with the order or transaction ID.
- How refunds are paid. An approved refund goes back to the original payment method (card, UPI or bank account). We start it within 3 business days of approval, and your bank or card issuer normally shows it within 5 to 7 business days after that.
- Payment taken, minutes missing. We first check the order and credit the minutes to your balance. If that is not possible, we refund the amount as above.
- Failed or reversed payments. If your bank or payment partner fails or reverses a payment on its own, the amount is returned by them under their rules, usually within 5 to 7 business days.
- Chargebacks. Please contact us before raising a dispute with your bank so we can fix a problem quickly. If a chargeback is raised for a payment we have already refunded or fulfilled, we will respond to it with the order record.
- Free minutes. Free welcome minutes have no cash value.
- Auto-renew and cancellation. If you turned on automatic renewal, you can turn it off or remove your payment method at any time from the Billing area, and no further charges will be made. A renewal that has already been charged is final like any other purchase, subject to the exceptions above.
- Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or withdrawn.

Delivery of the service
This is a digital service, so nothing is shipped. Minutes are credited to your organisation's balance immediately after payment succeeds, and you will see them in the Billing area and in your payment confirmation email. If they do not appear within a few minutes, contact us with your order ID.
Prices and GST
Prices are in Indian rupees (INR). Pack prices are before tax and 18% GST is added at checkout; the order summary shows the full amount before you pay. For example, a ₹1,794 pack is charged as ₹2,116.92 including GST.
Grievances
Write to the Grievance Officer, William Raja T, One Creation, at support@eaglevision.cloud. We acknowledge within 3 business days and aim to resolve within 30 days.
