Terms of Use

Eligibility and accounts. You must be able to form a binding contract and give accurate information. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for the people you add to it.
Acceptable use. Do not use Eagle Vision unlawfully, to harass or discriminate against anyone, to record people without the notice described above, to probe, disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, or to bypass or interfere with its monitoring and lockdown features.
Your content. You keep ownership of the content you and your candidates provide. You give us the limited right to host, process and display it to provide the service. You promise you have the right to provide it and to record the sessions you run.
Our property. Eagle Vision, its design, software and branding belong to One Creation. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while you comply with these terms.
Credits. Purchased minutes are added to your organisation's balance and do not expire, subject to the Refund and cancellation section and to your account staying in good standing. All purchases are final and non-refundable. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or withdrawn.
Suspension. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms, misuse the service, put others or the platform at risk, or if the law requires.
Third-party tools. Names of other companies' products, if mentioned, belong to their owners. Eagle Vision is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

The service and delivery

Eagle Vision is a software service delivered online at app.eaglevision.cloud. Nothing is shipped. When you buy a pack, the minutes are added to your organisation's balance immediately after the payment succeeds and you can use them for live interviews and assessments from then on.

Pricing and taxes

All prices are in Indian rupees (INR). Pack prices shown on the pricing page are before tax. GST at 18% is added at checkout, so the amount you pay is the pack price plus GST, and the full amount is shown on the order summary before you pay. For example, a ₹1,794 pack is charged as ₹2,116.92 including GST.

Payments are processed by licensed payment partners (PayU and Cashfree). Prices can change; the price shown at checkout when you pay is the price you are charged.

Disclaimers and liability

As is. The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it reliable and accurate but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every attempt to use outside assistance will be detected or blocked. Detection depends on devices, browsers, networks and how participants behave.
Human decisions. Flags, reports and integrity scores support, and do not replace, human judgement. The customer is solely responsible for its hiring decisions, for its compliance with employment, anti-discrimination, privacy and recording laws, and for the notices and consents it needs from candidates.
Limits. To the fullest extent the law allows, One Creation is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data or lost opportunities, or for losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Indemnity. You will defend and reimburse us for claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these terms, your content, or your failure to give candidates the required notices or to obtain the required consents.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer or data-protection law.

Governing law and disputes

These terms and any dispute about them are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so we can try to settle it informally. If that does not work, the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu, where One Creation's registered office is located, will have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you have elsewhere.

Changes

We may update this page when our service or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant we will tell account holders by email or in the app. Continuing to use Eagle Vision after a change means you accept it.
