Live interviews that stay locked down.
Talk face to face while the candidate's screen stays locked to your interview. Eagle Vision puts every live interview into fullscreen, flags the moment a candidate steps out, and records the whole session for review.
What you get in every live interview
Fullscreen lockdown on every call
The candidate joins in a focused, fullscreen space. Leaving it is noticed and recorded.
Live flags the moment they leave
You see a flag as it happens when a candidate switches tabs, leaves fullscreen, moves their cursor to another screen, or copies and pastes from outside the interview.
Shared code pad with real output
Write and run code together in 11 languages, with the output visible to both of you.
An integrity score out of 100
Every flag lowers the score by a set amount, so you can see at a glance which interviews need a closer look.
Recording with clickable flags
Every interview is recorded with the code pad and the flags. Click any flag to jump to that moment in the video.
A scorecard for every interview
Rate technical skill, communication, problem solving and culture fit, and save it as a draft or submit it for the team.

Frequently asked questions
What happens when a candidate leaves fullscreen?
The interviewer sees a flag straight away, and a reminder is logged every 30 seconds while the candidate stays out. Each flag is timestamped, so in the review you can click it and jump to that moment in the recording.
Can Eagle Vision detect a second monitor?
Yes, in Chrome and Edge. The pre-join check spots more than one display before the interview starts, and plugging a monitor in during the interview is flagged. Moving the cursor out of the interview window to another screen is flagged in every browser.
Does the candidate need to install anything?
No. Candidates open the invite link in a normal desktop browser such as Chrome, Edge or Firefox. A short device check confirms the camera, microphone and fullscreen support before they join.
Which programming languages does the code pad support?
Eleven: Python 3, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Java, Kotlin, Go, PHP, Swift, Dart and C#. Both of you edit the same code in real time and can run it with custom input.
How are live interviews charged?
From your prepaid minutes, by the time actually used. Minutes are reserved when you schedule, and anything unused is returned when the interview ends. If nobody joins, the full reservation is returned.
